Birthday drawing of HCAT

HCAT belongs to my friend Max
I had drawn this character before when they had first introduced it, but I got the idea to redraw HCAT for their birthday
I think the character had something on their back where the robotic arms come from but I don't remember, the first drawing is all I have for reference
They actually do have arms though, underneath the cloak
