Specimen 10 revamp sketch

I did a drawing of Specimen 10 from Spooky's Jumpscare Mansion (a game made by Akuma Kira) around two or three years ago, now it's time for a revamp of it

Drawing a blank on the interior of the worm eel's body, I'm not sure as to what to do with that. Since the actual specimen is the parasite, I kinda think that most or all of the eel's insides have been devoured? Not to mention that when the parasite emerges from the body in-game, the only thing left is a bloodied head, which adds on to that thought
